Wigetbucks.com - scam or not?

Manny people are talking this days about Widgetbucks.com and they really think is a honest site and they will pay us with tones of cash after we get enough money for withdrawal.
Why do i say it's scam ?
Well do you see the site isn't quite proffesional, is made in flash and also the widget are made in flash and they make your site to load harder then before.
And what makes me more to think that the site is scam is that when i read the faq to search when i can recieve my payment i see a very strange thing :

We send out checks for all revenue earned within 45 days after the end of each month, as long as you've earned a minimum of $50.

i just wonder why someone wants to pay so late, after 45 days. I can understand when a site pays you 10 days after you requested the payment but 45 days ? Realy pessimistic. If they had intentions to pay then they wouldn't avoid the time when to do that.

And plus of that i found a movie on digg.com which more reasons are given to us. Look here :
